J.Lo is looking to buy a mansion near her ex-boyfriend Diddy following her split from Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez is looking for a new home after her recent split from Ben Affleck, and she’s reportedly buying one of LA’s most beautiful properties. What’s more, it’s a house next door to another of her exes: Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Lopez, who dated Combs from 1999 to 2001, is eyeing the luxury Azria estate in Holmby Hills, but snagging it won’t be a straightforward affair.

Sources tell TMZ that Lopez is deep in negotiations to buy the massive 30,000 square foot mansion. It borders Combs’ spread, which went on the market this week for $61 million — and other famous neighbors include Tom Ford, Sean Parker and Jimmy Iovine.

The Azria Estate, originally listed for $85 million, has been the center of a bitter legal battle, but Lopez is looking to close a deal for a steal — hoping to fetch it somewhere between $30 million and $39 million. It is currently asking $55 million.

Azria Estate, once the home of BCBG fashion mogul Max Azria, boasts 14 bedrooms spread over 3 acres.

The stunning property features everything from manicured gardens and a luxurious infinity pool to a guest house and home theater. It also features a games room and a sauna as well.

However, things are complicated.

The estate was put on the auction block earlier this year, with billionaire investor Ron Burkle stepping in with a winning bid of $30 million. But that deal hit a snag, with Burkle now locked in a lawsuit against Azria’s widow, Lubov Azria, for an alleged breach of contract.

Despite the messy legal drama, Lopez began showing renewed interest in the property last month, and insiders told the outlet that she has toured the property extensively in recent weeks.

She is now negotiating with Burkle and Lubov Azria in hopes of reaching an agreement.

If Lopez does it at his target price, it would be a massive bargain.

The estate first hit the market in 2021 at a staggering $85 million, making it one of LA’s most expensive properties at the time.

Designed by renowned architect Paul R. Williams, the estate blends old Hollywood charm with modern luxury. Williams, who was the first black fellow of the American Institute of Architects, built stately homes for stars like Lucille Ball and Tyrone Power, and his work at Azria Estate is true.

The listing description of the property paints a glamorous picture, calling it a “lifetime experience” with “colonial architecture” paired with modern amenities.

Security is tight, with a gated driveway leading to the residence. The property’s lush grounds feature rolling lawns, mature trees, a tennis court and even a greenhouse for growing produce.

Lopez isn’t exactly new to the house either.

It was used as a filming location for her movie Atlas, and she and Affleck had previously checked it out while house hunting earlier this year.
